Survey

A QIPM survey consists of a series of questions. Each participant rates the importance and performance for each survey question, thus helping you evaluate and assess where you should focus attention and priorities.

The survey participant signs into the system with his own email address and a secret password from the Invitation email. He is presented with instructions for the survey. A participant can complete the survey all at once, or he may save and continue at a later time. The QIPM Survey system remembers the responses for each participant. A user can resume the survey exactly where he last saved his responses. All responses are saved by the QIPM system, and the results are automatically included in all QIPM reports and result screens (see stage 3 for details). After completing the questionnaire, the participant is presented with a "Thank you" message.
