Stage 3: Data Analysis

The QIPM system generates graphical charts for easy data analysis. Also, the system calculates statistical information, such as each question's average (mean), standard deviation, and identification of statistically significant results.

Statistical Analysis Tool
	The QIPM system graphically plots your survey results on a chart for easy reading. You can quickly and effectively identify the concentration of your results. You can visually identify the results in "red" as being high priority and low performance. This tells you where to focus your attention for the most effective improvment of your company or organization!
The QIPM system calculates the statistical results for each survey question. You can then easily review and identify key aspects of your survey results. The rows are color matched to the chart. This allows quick review of results.
	All survey questions are summarized by statistical information. You can quickly and easily read the statistical average (mean) for a question's results. In addition, the QIPM system tells you the 95% confidence interval for the question, and QIPM identifies whether or not the question's responses are statistically significant.
