The QIPM system has an E-Mail invitation system for inviting
and tracking survey participants. You can add and modify participant accounts,
as well as check the real-time status of each account. You can send individual
or bulk participant invitations, and a reminder invitation to participants
with not-yet-completed surveys.
Participant Management and Invitation Tool |
 |
This is a screenshot of
the Participant Management and Invitation Tool. It provides a user-friendly
interface for you to track the status of your survey participants. |

You can easily create a new participant account. Add the participant's
name and email address, then click the button. This will automatically
send an email to the person notifying him of instructions and his
password for participating in your survey. You can have an unlimited
number of survey participants. |
 |
Each participant's status
is clearly displayed. You can also see a statistical analysis of the
participant accounts. This allows you to easily see the percentage
of "completed" surveys, "in-progress" surveys,
and "not yet begun" surveys. |
 |
With one click of the
mouse you can send an email invitation, and a reminder email. The
system remembers the dates for when you have sent invitations and
reminders. |
 |
You can send invitation emails to all of your participants with a simple click of the button. This mass emailing system
will automatically send invitations and instructions to all of your survey participants.

Document Editing Tool |
 |
| The Document Editing
tool allows you to create and edit textual content. The content could
be instructions or information about your group and the purpose of
the survey. You can create a "welcome" message, as well
as a "thank you" message. You can also specify some text
to be displayed at the top and at the bottom of the survey. In addition,
you can write the content of the invitation emails and the reminder
emails. (This is the same area as in Stage 1) |
Data Export Tool |
| The QIPM system will
export all of your survey results to any database or spreadsheet program,
via CSV formatted files. With just a few clicks of the mouse, you
can export and analyze your data in any program. |
