Stage 1: Build Survey

Our Survey Editing Tool simplifies the process of creating your survey. You can also write a survey Welcome message, Thank You message, and Invitation content.

Survey Building Tool
	Here is a screen shot of the Survey Editing Tool. This screen allows you to create, edit, and manage your survey questions, sections, and layout. All actions are performed simply by clicking your mouse in your web browser! No extra tools needed. The web site guides you through the process of survey building.
	The Survey Editing Tool displays the Section titles and Question text. The QIPM system automatically numbers the questions and keeps them in order for you.
	To create a new survey question, simply enter the question text and click the button. The QIPM system will automatically insert the question into the survey and assign an appropriate question number.
	To create new survey section, simply enter the section title and click the button. The new section will be inserted into the survey.
	You can easily re-arrange any question or section. Simply click the swap button to move an item earlier or later in the survey. You can also edit or delete an item.
Document Editing Tool
The Document Editing tool allows you to create and edit textual content. The content could be instructions or information about your group and the purpose of the survey. You can create a "welcome" message, as well as a "thank you" message. You can also specify some text to be displayed at the top and at the bottom of the survey. In addition, you can write the content of the invitation emails and the reminder emails.
