Schupie Productions ,Inc. (hereinafter "Schupie") creates, promotes, maintains, designs and develops various Web Sites which may contain different content and information.  During the course and operation of these Web Sites certain personal information is collected.  It is important to Schupie to protect your privacy and safeguard your experience in using its various Web Sites.   This Statement sets forth our policy and your rights.  Please be sure to read any amendments or updates to this Statement.

Schupie and its operational service partners collect and use your personal information to operate Schupie and deliver the product/services you have requested.  Schupie also uses your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Schupie and its affiliates.    Schupie may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your participation with Web Site/Services or of potential products/services that may be offered.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Schupie will, in its sole discretion, take steps to protect personal information you provide.  Schupie  secures the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  When highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted over the internet, it is protected through the use of encryption.
