Overview
The Quality Improvement Priority Matrix (QIPM) web application is a sophisticated
business analysis tool for evaluating and identifying key aspects on which
you should focus your attention.
The Survey tool lets you easily evaluate the performance
of a company's products, employee satisfaction, or any aspect that needs
evaluation. All data is collected from participants via a web interface,
and results are automatically analyzed and organized by the QIPM system.
A QIPM survey consists of a series of questions.
Each participant rates the importance and performance for each survey
question, thus helping you evaluate and assess where you should focus
attention and priorities.
For example, a survey item may be "Cleanliness
of kitchen sink". The participants might reply with a high rating
for importance, and low rating for performance. This suggests that your
participants consider a clean sink highly important, and so far it is
not clean enough. The QIPM system has now taught you that a cleaner sink
would enhance your employees' work environment.
Stage 1: Build Survey
The QIPM system has a Survey Building Tool that allows you to create multiple
survey sections, and questions within each section. In addition to the
survey questionnaire, you can also create content that each survey participant
would see.
Stage 2: Collect Data
The QIPM system has a Participant Management tool that helps you organize
participant accounts, track their status, and perform a mass E-Mailing
campaign to send participant invitations. You can also export up-to-the-minute
survey responses into most databases and spreadsheet programs.
Stage 3: Analyze Data
The QIPM system will perform statistical calculations and dynamically
generate graphical charts to better analyze the results. These charts
can be easily incorporated into reports, publications, or papers. Survey
results can also be exported into most databases and spreadsheets.
